We have in excess of 20 years’ experience dealing with personal injuries litigation on behalf of Insurance Companies and Self Insured clients such as Glanbia Plc, Dairygold, One 51, The Queally Group/Dawn Meats, Thorntons Waste Disposal, Shamrock Foods, Rosderra Irish Meats and others.

We have experience in dealing with semi state bodies defending claims on behalf of Advanced Environmental Solutions/Bord Na Mona.

We believe that early intervention and investigation of accidents can provide clarity leading to stronger grounds for defending claims and costs saving in litigation.

We work with recognised expert witnesses and engage engineers and investigators who will assist in early intervention. GPS data and CCTV footage are accessed, analysed and retained.

Constant contact is maintained with clients with IT Specialists engaged to maintain and enhance client access to information and on-going claims status.
